Please note that due to groceries and processed foods, we do not accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges after the order is completed.

However, we will refund or exchange (ship a replacement) only under the following conditions.
Please contact us with the product status from the inquiry within 3 days after the product arrives.

【Shipping alternatives】

We will re-ship the ordered product.
We cannot change the order details, so the same order details will be shipped.
