Log in to My Page and click on Periodic Purchase List.

Select the products that you want to cancel in the Regular Purchase List.Click "Terminate".

The scheduled purchase product cancellation page is displayed.
When you click the "Cancel" button, the popup displays "Are you sure you want to cancel?".
Please click on the "OK" button.

The scheduled purchase cancellation completion screen is displayed.The purchase has now been canceled.

  • *Products that are already in preparation for shipping or are scheduled to be shipped 10 days ago will be subject to the next shipment, so please accept in advance.

[Cautions when using regular flight services]

  • Only products that are purchased on a regular basis will be made of a product of a regular product.
